Rectify form 2

hai friends

we have filed form no2 - return of allotment

while form filed we attached the certified true copy of the resolution which contains the share certificate number 16

but after that we prepared share certificate and allotted no 16 to some other person 

and there is no chance to rearrange Share certificate since there is so many split and consolidation

please adivise me can i correct form 2 filed by way of rectification

if there is a chance which form should i file

please advise
