Just wanted to know how to get the index of charges rectified . One charge is reflecting under company name which actually does not belong to the company.

Rectification in index of charges

For this the company is under an obligation to contact teh concerned ROC nad have to provide the necessary documents to teh concerned ROC stating taht the charge is not related to the Company. The ROC after taking into consideration the documenst will proceed to remove the charge from teh Index.
