Can u share the notice

Are You have any TDS credits or Others...??!

Depends on what is asked in notice .....  Need to file return within 3 months of receiving 148 notice.

2. Check which income has not been taken into ITR. and then take that into consideration.

3. Can challenge notice if you feel its wrong based on facts.

The Assessing Officer can Issue notice u/s 148 3 years from the end of the relevant assessment year...

Also he can issue notice if Taxpayer escaped for assessment. But, officer must have reason with strong evidence...

Taxpayer can ask the reason with a letter to Assessing Officer...

So, As per the above facts Taxpayer will be check his incomes and other details for reply to the notice...
