hello sir,
I received cash award of Rs. 10,00,000/- from state govt in F.Y.2015-16 and I am a govt employee but till date I did not file my return of income.now I want to fill belated return. as I was told that cash award is fully exempted. now the confusion is where shall I take this award winning amount?

The award should be supported by a certificate of tax free.
You have to show in exempt income
