TDS on Property: This is TDS credit, not a rebate. Report the TDS in your ITR to get a refund if your actual tax liability is lower than the amount deducted.

Salary Arrears: This is a tax relief (rebate) under Section 89(1). You must file Form 10E on the income tax portal to claim this relief before submitting your ITR.
