As what i think, ICAI had lost the Answer sheet of a student and ICAI had given her the date, 25th july for the the exam. Its very much possible that her result wil also be declared with all the students. This could be the reson for delay in annoucment of result.

BUT JUST BECAUSE OF ONE STUDENT ICAI SHOULD NOT FRUSTRATE OTHER STUDENTS... ONE VS REST ONE LAKH .. DOENST SEEMS TO BE JUSTIFIED....

Its getting terribly frustrating now 
I'm sure our Institute is sincere enough not to delay result of 1 lakh students for the sake of 1, they still might not be sure when the results will be ready for release thats why holding back announcement.
Main reason may be-
1. Rescheduled Hindi exams.
2.Rescheduled Bengal Exams due to elections.
but, we can say ICAI not sinsor like ICSI because I am giving the exams of both the institute.
lets hope for the best.
If ICAI can delay the result after declaration of date then it can do anything
