During the first year of articleship you are free to take transfer without informing any reason to institute...
Suppouse one person doing articles in one city suppose "X"..........will he can join in the same city after taking termination with a distance of lessthan 5km distance between two firms...

Yes during 1st year one can take transfer within any such restrictions
