Dear Madam / Sir,
My party is supplier of Medical Implant's / Instrument's. They provide (Helmet, Saw blade & Drill Machine) on Rent to parties. They not collect any Tax on this product.
Please advice me whether to collect Vat , Service Tax or No Tax at all on this product.
It would be better if you give some explanation regarding answer.

According to us Service Tax Should be applicable for rent on renting of Industrial Equipments .
On our camps for children, we provide travel, accomodation, food & adventure activities. If this is our own campsite, do we need to register & pay for VAT? Do we have to register for each state separately (Himachal, Uttaranchal, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra)? Are there other taxes also applicable such as CST, Luxury Tax? We already pay service tax on full amount charged to child.
No, you need not pay VAT for providing travel, accomodation, food & adventure services as it not sale of food but provided with the services offered by you. Service Tax is applicable which you are regularly paying.
