Real estate business client approaching

DEAR FRIENDS,

i am approaching a new client , he deals in real estate... he will be my first real estate client....i have no idea that what type of requirements they have for there business purpose, what type of paper work related to taxes they get done by chartered accountants..what type of questions he can ask to me , what questions  should i ask him???

please help me.
