Re-registration of GST
once the GSTIN is cancelled by taxpayer. shal v apply for new registration with same old PAN. whether same old GSTIN can be obtained?

You can apply New Registration if GSTIN cancelled (Surrender) by Taxpayer...
I think Same GSTIN not available. May be dept can issue the same or not...
Note : In case the old GSTIN cancelled by dept then You can't get new one...

you can revoke the cancellation within one month from the date of cancellation
if assessing authority refuse then you may go for new registration
if assessing authority refuse then you may go for new registration
date of cancellation on 31st mar 2018
If GSTIN cancelled by Dept then new registration will be cancel / not acceptable by dept.
Except through the way of settle all outstandings including Non-Filings of returns...

But for new Registration you shall provide new mobile no. & email Id
with old mobile number??
Means it will not accept same mobile no & email id provided in earlier GSTn
