No,you dont need to re-register yourself for C.P.T.

U can still give C.P.T december '12 exam and after that u will left with 2 more attempts.So dont worry n Best of luck buddy.

I HAD REGESTER FOR THE CPT IN JUNE 2009, AND ATTEMPT DEC 2009, & JUNE 2010, BUT I FAILED IN BOTH, AFTER THAT BCOZ OF MY FINAL YEAR IN BCOM EXAMINATION, I CANT ATTEMPT FOR CPT, BUT NOW I REGISTERED  AGAIN AND GOT MY REGISTER NO. WR00479117 FOR  CPT IN DEC 2012. PLEASE LET ME KNOW THE STATUS OF MY REGISTER FORM
