1. Make a draft of Rs. 400/- favouring, “The Secretary, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India” payable at Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Kanpur or Delhi/New Delhi as the case may be.
2. Download the attached form.
3. Fill the required details.
4. Submit/send the same at/to the concerned decentralized office from where registration was done.
