Re-constitution of committees

Hello All i have doubt on re-constitution of Committee. if a a person appointed as MD in a company and he is also member of 3 committees as Audit, CSR and Nomination and Remuneration Committees Board Decided to change MD as CFO and one of the Director nominated for MD and Appointed in EGM as MD. my Doubt is company re-constitute all Committees by resigning MD and Appointed CFO...
