Dear Risha,
Service Tax on manpower recruitment agency shall cover services provided by a man-power recruitment agency to a client from the initial stage of selecting / identifying man-power required for any prospective employment, till the stage of actual selection for the same.
Hence as per my knowledge, if a man power recruitment agency provides computer teacher for computer training, it is not a service, covered in the definition of man power recruitment
Hence this service is not covered under man power recruitment agency.
