No there is no rcm on import of goods , as goods are route through custom boundries so IGST is charged on the same in BE, so no need to do RCM .

Yes in Import of service , RCM is applicable

It is not reflected in invoice. Is IGST separately charged?
or included in invoice value?
i am asking to avail ITC.
