I have paid Rent with GST to a unregistered person I am registered person in GST Shall I take RCM in the next month GST Payment.clarify.

You are not liable to pay GST to unregistered person.

Nor RCM over rent applicable u/s. 9(4) at present.

You cannot avail any ITC.
