Sir, RCM Is Applicable On URD Pruchases. Is It Applicable On Expenses Like Carting Charges, Unloading, Loading Charges Etc.

RCM is not applicable on all purchases from unregistered dealers except purchases made from specified class of unregistered dealers or purchases.
