I need your advice, I am working in a trading company who is a service provider. We are hiring vehicles and security guards for our customer. We are not end user we are procuring and providing to others. As per tax rule is it fair to pay S.Tax 100% under RCM by us and by our customer for the same. Two times we are paying tax to government.
Kindly advise in what ways we can save tax. and procedure to get Cenvat.

The example needs to be made clear. There is no need to pay twice. However who needs to pay is to be decided. Once that is done, you may write to revenue asking them whether the system proposed by you is valid.

Dear Mr. Madhukar Thanks for your reply.
Already from june onwards we are paying 100% under RCM even our customer is paying to us the same.
If from now onwards is it possible to change the current practice.
Modal is like, security provider ----- Trader ------ customer.
Please advise us, How we can do the transaction and save taxes
