RCM on weight short
we have supplied material to party, party deducted amount of weight shortage, and have refused to issue of debit note, in this situation, do we have to pay RCM and how much?

Question not clear what Goods? Y weight shortage?
You have to issue credit note to the party for the difference. There is no RCM on this transaction.
