RCM ON URD PURCHASE

Not yet notified.

Only section amended; but specified dealers and specified supplies are not declared.

So at present no RCM under any URD supplies.

Sir can you specify the notification number.

Dear Sir,
As per above notification, section 9(4) is applicable from now. please check it once

As per Notification No. 02/2019 - Central Tax dated 29.01.2019, the CGST AMENDMENT Act 2018 became effective from 01.02.2019.

Hence, the amended Section 9(4) is applicable as of now. But the government has not yet notified the Specified Persons to whom the Provision of Section 9(4) will be applicable.

Therefore wait for the Notification....
