Respected Sir,
As regarding above subject, my query is that I puchased goods from Punjab & the transport charges were to pay & I paid it as the transporter gst no. was out of state in L.R., I have to pay the RCM on it now the question arises that I have to pay CGST OR IGST as RCM @ 5%.Pls. reply.
