No need to pay RCM on speed post charges as post office will charge and collect GST from you

As per Notification No.8/2017-Central Tax (Refer below address)government has decided to exempt supplies worth Rs 5000/- per day from any Unregistered dealer which means Supplies above 5000 would require Registered Person to comply with the provisions as specified under GST law. For the supplies above 5000, A monthly consolidated bill can be issued. https://cbec.gov.in/resources/htdocs-cbec/gst/Exemption-from-reverse-charge-upto-Rs5000-per-day-CGST.pdf
But post office not mentioned in the receipt their gst no and gst amount,

Dear.,

You don't want pay tax Under RCM basis for above said query.

But, You can't take ITC...

Thank you
very strange to know that in your case post office did not mention gst no and get amount. On 25.08.17 I sent one parcel through speed post and they had collected cgst 9% & sgst 9% and also mentioned their gstin on the receipt.
Somewhere mentioned and somewhere also not mentioned, in my case I didn't find it
Courier charges can comes under rcm, if the receipt does not mention gst portion and also we are not found GSTIN no of the courier bill,?
