As per point number 13 of of brief of GST counselling RCM is applicable for renting of moter vehicle to bo
dy corporate. This was clarified in last GST press release. Whether now any supplier other than body corporate can't charge 12% in forward charge in reglar invoice .

Hi Lakhbir,
If the supplier is a body corporate then GST will be 12% with ITC and 5% with limited ITC but without reverse charge but if it's not a body corporate then GST will be 12/5% but under reverse charge.
