RCM on rent of house property

Recently GST was applied on taking a house on rent if the tenant is registered under GST.

Now i am registered under GST because i run a proprietorship firm. I am tenant and paying rent on my house but not availing any rent expense or income tax benefit of this rent in my firm.

Now do i have to deposit GST under RCM ... ?

RCM IS ONLY APPLICABLE ON LICENSE/ PROFESSIONAL FEES AND LEGAL/ TRANSPORT/ SECURITY/

RCM is applicable in case landlord is unregistered sir

Yes. you are liable since nowhere purpose is mentioned in the notification . one can argue as not liable as it's not for business. but you have to litigate.
