RCM ON purchase on jungle wood
I think it's better to consult with Govt Department of GST under your Jurisdiction .
If we ask them.....they will issue the notice for previous year's...
I think Unregistered person who sold the goods inter- state will be under obligations , he has to take registration . so it's better to consult with GST Department , only Department will decide .
Currently Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM) under GST is not appicable for such cases
Is purchase any Goods or Services from other state is RCM applicable?
On , notified Goods or services by the GOVT .
