RCM GST on rented commercial property from unregistered person to registered person announced in 54 GST council meeting wef 01/10/2024

Is this notification published or as per council meeting this to be implemented.

The 54th GST Council meeting announced that GST on rented commercial properties from unregistered persons to registered persons would be brought under the reverse charge mechanism (RCM) starting October 1, 2024 ¹ ².
