Is legal consultancy service from a lawyer's partnership firm to a private limited company suspended under RCM or is still in force? If suspended, then please give notification number. If suspended any time in previously and again brought into force then please give details accordingly.

Yes As per Notification 13/2017 CT (r) advocate services are cover under 9(3) hence RCM is applicable on same
