Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the applicability of Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM) on services received from advocates for businesses in the tourism sector. It addresses whether Input Tax Credit (ITC) can be claimed on GST paid under RCM for these services. The consensus is that ITC is generally not claimable on GST paid under RCM for advocate services, although specific conditions might apply.

No the Company will not be able to claim ITC on GST paid under RCM basis.
Ok thank you
Most Welcome Sir...🙏🙏🙏
I guess, the ineligibility criteria in RCM is related to particular case such as GTA services and w.r.t advocate services they can claim the ITC if they have paid the GST on RCM basis at the rate of 18%.
Can you refer any section ??
For RCM related queries refer section 9(3) & 9(4) of CGST Act.
