Better to refer sec 9(4) of CGST act with notifications and Amendments...

As per Notification 4/2017 CT (R)  RCM applicable on Goods purchase from Agriculturist are :

Cashew Nuts, beedi wrapper, Tabocco leaves.

If purchase furniture by a business unit for business purposes then RCM not apply?
