Yes. It's applicable under RCM. The goods is exempted but not transport is exempted (GTA)....

@ Pradeep.,
You are not under GST then why you pay Tax under RCM basis...
registered persons only pay the tax under RCM basis...
URD is don't want pay any Tax....

I am a regular gst dealer and I deal in both exempted items and taxable items

You are registered dealer. But, You can't apply the exempted goods for the business... In this situation you can't deal the exempted goods in your business....

You have to pay tax under RCM. You are registered dealer so all rules and regulations are applicable.

RCM is applicable but I think you can avail the ITC and it can be adjusted with your taxable supply

Yes. It's applicable. The goods is exempted but not transport. So GST payable at 5% on GTA service will be payable by the service receiver under RCM and the input credit will also be taken only by the service receiver irrespective of the nature of the goods..
