Rcm on director commission and sitting fees.
Is Rcm still continuing on director commission and sitting fees. If is still continuing at what rate the rcm has to be made?

Yes , it cover under section 9(3) which is never deferred. Section 9(4) inward from URD is deferred till 30/6/18 by vide Notification 10 IGST Act

That means after 30th June, it will attract rcm?
Director sitting fee is notified service under RCM, there is tax under RCM from 1st July 17 only.
