I would like to bring in focus Notification no 29/2018 (as attached herewith) that brings RCM on security services.. In such notification the wording used only Man Power Services for Security Personnel ...
To be noted security services includes Cyber security, Security by surveillance, etc.. but as per wording used in above said Notification no 29/2018, it aims to bring only Man Power service provided by only Security Personnel under RCM.. So it can be interpreted that other services of providing labor, etc will not get cover under RCM..
I will appreciate to get corrected, If am wrong.....

Hi I have one doubt. When I have transaction made both Inward & outward supply unregistered person and also paid both tax portion that the particular month. How to adjusted the inward tax portion for next month. If anyone explain Please.
