RCM in Rent
if we are rent paid 6000 than RCM witch value effected for RCM (6000-5000 exempt )=1000 or 6000 ??

i am a traders deal in cosmetics goods and paying tax of rs. 24k on monthly basis. on which we have charge gst and can we take input credit in this part.
Do you mean you are paying rent (and not tax) of 24K P.M?
If yes, then yes...... you can take ITC over the GST paid on (commecial) rent, provided you are registered in normal scheme under GST.
