Rcm for compostion
if persons is composition scheme regesterd. so rcm applicable for him for f.y. 20-21 and if he not paid any rcm yet so when we file annual return for him so we paid rcm or we are allow to not show purchase from unregistered person

Pay rcm since it's your liability regardless whether you show in annual return or not.
