Do composition dealer has to pay tax on reverse charge on rent ..?

There is no provision of Reverse Charge in Case of Rent, if you Pay rent to Unregistered Person then no Question of Reverse Charges even if you pay rent to Registered dealer then also provision of Reverse Charge not apply

As per Notification 22/2018 CT (R) , RCM on inward supply from URD (9(4)) is deferred to 30/09/2019
Hence No RCM on rent paid to URD

yes it is applicable even your registered as a composition dealer.
