RCM APPLICABLE FOR PAID OF RENT
My Concept is not clear.if registred person paying rent to unregistred person then RCM aplicable or not ? Plz guide .

RCM is applicable to registered person has to pay
I am already paid lease money in April 2017 for full year 2017-2018. is rcm is applicable on me if yes than from 1st July
