a gst registered dealer above expenses paid RCM applicable.if applicable rate of tax paid.

RCM not applicable to Salaries, Rent & interest.

Freight paid to non GTA then rcm not applicable.

rcm is not applicable in any of the above mentioned cases

None of the above mentioned expenses are Notified u/s 9(3) of the CGST Act 2017

However if service is taken from a GTA ( and GTA has not opted for Forward Charge ), then RCM applicable @ 5%.

raja ji..... freight paid to non-gta rcm not applicable..... can you explain why...?
i guess there is a limit of upto rs 5000 per day.....also freight falls under 9(3).....
