if i am a resident of punjab and go to Delhi for business purpose & purchase goods from unregistered dealer. am i liable for rcm ?

yes, but for interstate transaction now GST registration is compulsory

if your under composition scheme you cant sell your goods outside your state .

any person making interstate supply has to be registered in GST, so question of buying from an unregistered interstate dealer will not arise...

i am commission agent getting order in bihar on behalf of my principal in gujrat principal directly billing to party in bihar I am getting commission on order tata commission 10 lakh am I liable for gst

You are not liabe to get registered as an agent since direct billing is being done to the third party by the principal and your turnover is below 20/10lacs

we r market research company. we r give advance to employee and employee submit expenses against it. so we r liable to book these expenses under RCM.
