I have a query regarding applicability of RCM in case of Register Dealer under composition scheme to be payable after 13.10.17 or not

RCM related to service 9(3) is applicable
RCM related u/s 9(4) is exempt till Sep-19
Yes , inward supply fron URD cover under 9(4) is Deferred to 30/09/19, But inward services from cover under 9(3) ie GTA, Advocate etc RCM is applicable
