Rate CutMonsoon is a good sign for Indian Economy. As Raghuram Rajan has said earlier that the rate cut may depend on the good monsoon, but you can expect it even if  God is not sending enough monsoon for us.  Yes. According to a statement of Citigroup, RBI may cut rates as inflation is likely to be 5%. The last rate cut by RBI was in June 2015. After this move, many leading banks have cut the base rate like ICICI, HDFC, AXIS Bank, etc.

May be We have to Wait till September or October to See. RBI Will not Jump So early on rate cut

Yes. Right now RBI is evoking the banks to cut the rates. Axis bank has recently cut the base rate by 10 basis points. Raghuram Rajan has given a statement in which he said that good monsoon can bring a hope of rate cut.
