What are the related complaince of RBI & Companies Act & procedure for below transcation?
1. A NRI Co purchase 30% stake in a resident company.
2. A Resident person purchase 51% stake in a foriegn company
in both case the companies are located in two different countiries and it effect forex transcation.

The answer shall depend on whethert the shares ain Indian company are purcahsed on repatriation basis.
