In this world of electronic payment.. is there any way to pay stamp duty online on issuing share certificates especially for states like Delhi and Karnataka where rate of stamp duty is 0.1% and it is difficult to paste revenue stamps where denimination of certificate is large.

Rate of Stamp Duty on Share Certificate at State of Haryana has been amended w.e.f 01st October, 2013 as "One rupee for every one thousand or a part thereof, of the value of the shares, scrip or stock”.

Please give me reference of exact section of the Act where it specifies that stamp duty on share certificate in west bengal is Re. 1 for every Rs. 1000 or part thereof value of shares.

Dear Mam

Please confirm to me that shares allotted in the year of 2012 whether i can affixed of Rs. 1 revenue stamp on each share certificate irrespective of value of shares.
