rate of tax on workorder
Sir on purchase of flat including land the Gst tax is 12%. For semifinished flat then what is the rate of tax we have to take for work order for balance work to be completed.

12% GST is charged over total agreed value with land cost, to be charged as and when the payment received.
If already collected total amount in the beginning, where the question arise for remainig work......
if total payment is not received in the beginning generally builders for loan purpose do semifinished registration and after that for balance work they will issue work order for that I am asking
Sir, what is the rate of tax on workorder value before 1st April 2019
Work order tax has to be reduse by the government that will help to increase professional services
