what will b rate for sgst under composition ??
Is it total 1% or 1% of cgst and 1% of sgst ????
suggest with reference. thnk u

if the gst rate is 1 % for composition it will divided equally between cgst n sgst for within state supply n full rate for inter state supply

yes you can purchase from inter state. but, can't sell goods to inter state supply

care should be taken that your stock as on appointed date should not contained the oms purchase ....in that case u r not eligible to composition scheme
