when it will be passed in parliament and notified by the board then it will be encated.
Till then 12.36%
As per D.O.F. No. 334/5/2015-TRU dated 28th February, 2015 the new Service Tax rate shall come into effect from a date to be notified by the Central Government after the enactment of the Finance Bill, 2015.
So the change in rate of Service Tax is not applicable from 1st April 2015.

Since the Finance Bill, 2015 is not enacted till date, therefore, the change in rate of service tax is no applicable from april, 15.
no, beacuase of notification not came till date.
