What is the rate of GST applicable on chamber rent/ use that hospitals and nursing homes charge from doctors ?

can doctor or nursing home take ITC on GST paid on rent
I think ITC can be avail
in my opinion hospital outward supply is exempt therefore ITC can not be avail,kindly suggest
