Can anyone help me with the rate for Hiring of Ambulance service to Company under Contract.

But Ambulance services are exempted as per notification 12/2017

Ambulance service are exempted by a clinical establishment for charitable service and not when given under contract to an establishment, right?
and what would be rate if Ambulance is given under contract service to an establishment.
