whether excise duty rate 12.50% applicable for nov 15

The rate has changed wef 1 st march 2015 and ammendments made up to 30 April 2015 are to be considered. Hence technically it is applicable. However in the question rate of excise is normally given and hence to be answered accordingly
Can u plz tell me the provision of transfer of good from 100% EOU to DTA which is applicable for Nov 15 exam
This is DTA clearance for EOU. EOU charge agricate rate(BCD+CVD+CESS+ADDl Duty) of duty for this transaction.
