The rate has changed wef 1 st march 2015 and ammendments made up to 30 April 2015 are to be considered. Hence technically it is applicable. However in the question rate of excise is normally given and hence to be answered accordingly

This is DTA clearance for EOU. EOU charge agricate rate(BCD+CVD+CESS+ADDl Duty) of duty for this transaction.
