i didn't get you properly.
but as per i understanding of ur question rank policy is as below..
in ca final rank is given upto 50th rank.
both groups should have been cleared in a sigle attempt without any exemption.
single rank can be allotted to many persons
Whether indexation is mandatory.
Does it have to be on first attempt only?
no , only thing is that you should clear both attampt without any earlier expemtion.
