as per my openion you will be considered as Rank Student provided that you will have to sit with all papers again including the papers in which you have got exemption in previous Attempt.

for rank u must pass ALL the papers in single sitting. Not available if your one paper is exempt in an attempt.
if after excemption also we sit for all papers then r we eligible for rank...
Yes but U will have to surrender your exemptions and attempt the exam afresh
